Invest In Peace

My name is Steven Meinrath. I am a member of Congregation B’nai Israel in Sacramento and Jewish Voice for Peace. I urge you to support, as an act of conscience, divestment from those companies that choose to profit from Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. Remaining silent in the face of the ongoing oppression and dispossession of the Palestinian people should never be mistaken for an act of friendship to the Jews or to Israel. The occupation, a catastrophe for the Palestinians, is also the biggest threat to Israel’s security and to the well-being of Jews around the world.
