Invest In Peace

I just returned from sixteen days in Occupied Palestine. Over and over, I saw the painful oppression of the Palestinian people. I lived in Southern Africa in the late 1970’s and witnessed the worst of that nation’s apartheid — what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians is as bad if not even worse. It is truly a form of ethnic cleansing. And I saw the ruins of house after house destroyed by the Israeli army using equipment made by an American company. I urge you to do the right thing — vote for divestment.
